Reflecting, after each person had voluntarily read out their letters of forgiveness and then placed them in the powerful Forgiveness Fire. This is a powerful addition to the workshop, and is a healing in its own right.

My workshops offer something truly unique. I am able to facilitate a working group energetic field for the duration of the time we are together. In fact this is set up often weeks prior to the event. It is an incredibly safe space.
In a one to one healing two energy systems are present and involved in the healing, yours and mine. In a workshop setting there are more, up to twelve. This creates a group energetic capable of shifting even more deeply held beliefs, and patterns of behaviour that may no longer be serving.

It’s almost as if an exponential event occurs and it’s hard to describe just how deep and powerful the group working energetic is.

Energy healing workshop FAQs
What is Heart energy?
The physical heart has an energetic field associated with it, which we refer to as heart energy. This field is now proven to exist in science. It is possible in a healing or group workshop to work with this, to move/release any baggage we hold in our energy systems. It is part of a much bigger energetic system, the Universe.
Our bodies and energy systems hold and remember every experience we have, the good and the bad. This can cause us not to function as fluidly as we might otherwise.
Creating space in our energy systems then allows us to feel A LOT more comfortable in our own skins. I am able to set up a group energy field utilising everybody’s systems. This is a very safe and uplifting energetic environment in which to work.
How do the Zoom Workshops work?

After you’ve chosen your date and booked your place, I will add you to the list of participants for that day. Near the time, I will send you a private Zoom link, which you then click on and the workshop starts at 9.30am on your chosen date. You’ll meet myself and the other participants, and enjoy a day of deep energy healing virtually.
All you need is a browser window (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc) or to download the Zoom app onto your phone or computer.
Do I have to have done energy work before?
No, but if you have not done anything related to healing before, having a healing session with me prior to this day will be beneficial.
Can you host corporate energy healing workshops for my business and staff?
Yes! These sessions are available as a corporate workshop, bringing inner freedom to staff, making it easier for them to reach their potential and ultimately increase your bottom line.
As a result, you’re left with happy, balanced and content staff and a better company culture.
Will it still work if we have a mix of experienced heart explorers and those just starting out with energy healing?
Yes, the beauty of the Heart energy is that it has its own intelligence and will bring each individual what is perfect for them, regardless of experience.
What if I am unable to meditate, can I still attend?
Absolutely! There is no right or wrong!
Meditations carried out during the workshop are actually group healings. This working group energetic field usually means that time passes very quickly and it’s a different experience to meditating on your own.
Also, these take place in dining style chairs, so sitting in the lotus position or cross legged is not necessary.
I don’t live near you? What about the healing sessions you mention?
These can be carried out as a distance healing or in a one to one setting. I work in exactly the same way and get the same feedback.
