I became attuned to Reiki One in the autumn of 2001, and to say it was life changing would be an understatement. I had always been apprehensive about exploring what possibilities lay outside of the physical sphere of life, but knew I wanted and was ready for change. I got it!! My innate energetic ability was unleashed and I started to find a confidence in myself that I had only previously dreamt of.

Before long I became attuned to Reiki Two, and then Three, becoming a Reiki Master. I ran workshops from my home, and my journey and further exploration was underway. Reiki was followed by Vortex Healing and Heart Healing. An increasingly deepening awareness of the Universe occurred, and just how much help it offers, if we are open to it. It is this I am deeply passionate about sharing it in all my work.

,Our potential for transformation, even when change seems impossible, exists, at all times. This provides hope for life being different and can lift a person out of persistent unhealthy patters and beliefs, creating internal space for further exploration.

iIt is my heartfelt belief that our primary role in this physical existence is to become Ourselves. We are ENOUGH, and we serve our fellow human beings by committing to that growth, shining a light on a pathway that is always present, often just a little ‘overgrown’.

There is ALWAYS more! Change is inevitable as nature and the laws of life follow their natural flow.

Becoming attuned to Reiki pulls us very gently into that flow, increasing our awareness of it and allowing our intuition to be heard more.
